You will require the below documents prior to completing the application forms:

• Valid copy of the vessel's insurance certificate

• Boat safety certificate (where applicable)

• Photographic evidence of the vessel's registration number. Should you require a registration number from us, please click here and email the completed form to licensing@camconservators.org.uk.

 Form 1: Private vessel renewal application (for existing river users)
